To secure your tee time online, all bookings require payment at the time of booking. While we understand that there are many restrictions to adhere to,and we are grateful for the support of all the Members during these trying times. This will place a greater demand on our golf cart fleet so please if you require a golf cart make sure that you book it in advance with the Pro Shop. A restriction of 1 person per golf cart is necessary to adhere to social distancing directions of 1.5m. Again, these are measures we must comply with, to minimise the risk of infection. Members should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to their tee off time.

Tee-times are unavailable to green fee players from 9.00am to 12.30pm due to club competitions. Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been strict regulations that must be followed. In response, Trentham Golf Club has developed a customised system of online entry for competitions, using cashless payments, timesheets and competition management.

Members must adhere to the social distancing regulations to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19 to other Members and/or staff. Membership Cards will not be swiped during transactions at this time. No more than 6 persons are permitted in the Pro Shop to adhere to social distancing regulations. We encourage Members who are available to play weekdays to do so, to allow for those Members who are still working to access the course on the weekend.

Exclusive Member-only tee times are available Tuesday and Saturday mornings, with competitions held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Hilltop is available to the public seven days a week although bookings are essential.
Any two players may share a cart, provided the cart is thoroughly cleaned between uses. Players SHALL RETURN all competition cards for handicapping purposes within 10 minutes of completing your final hole. Failure to do so will result in a Non Completed Round against your handicap record. The Fourball Match Play play-offs must be played on the dates set down in the Fixtures List, current handicaps to be applicable on the day of the match. A player can win only one trophy in any one Championship event. Members should read the Notice Board before starting play, as they are deemed to be aware of all notices, local rules, etc that are posted. They should also check their handicap before playing and/or handing in their completed card with correct handicap shown on the card.
