Ayurveda is the ancient medicinal approach to better health by alleviating suffering, eliminating disease and increasing your spiritual nature and balance. Removing the imbalances of doshas or tridosha (vata, pitta, kapha) comes before vageekarana chikitsa (aphrodisiac therapy). Where the doshas are greatly imbalanced however, then in addition to diet restriction, exercise and medicines, then Panchakarma (five actions of detoxification) will have to be administered.
The treatment involves the removal of hard-core toxins and wastes from the body. Enemas, massage therapy, medical oils, nasal sprays, herbs, and spices may be recommended. Main purification therapy is the phase of elimination of toxins that were loosened at the pre purification treatment stage.
It conditions the skin while releasing stagnant lymphatic toxins from the body. When a treatment is going on, the Ayurvedic physician will stress on the importance of the diet the person consumes. To correct the imbalances in the triDoshas and detoxify the body, Panchakarma is very useful.

Using Ayurveda every day is easy, and there are four main areas that promote good health: diet, digestion, daily routine and detox. Is a warm oil treatment done by retaining certain amount of warm medicated oil on the lower back of the body for about 40 to 50 minutes.
